The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all associated balances. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorization, you must notify phcah immediately at [email protected].
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcah login credentials. phcah will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You agree to notify phcah immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account. phcah shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
phcah operates under PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. Players must complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above the minimum threshold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any phcah content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phcah's total liability to any Player in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
phcah shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or business; losses arising from telecommunications failures or internet outages; or any losses attributable to the Player's own breach of these Terms.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phcah makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days prior to taking effect, unless changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the phcah Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of phcah that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
